Here, I show an example of each of the glasses blown for me by Bob Crooks. I have engraved each one with a snowdrop specie, on one half of the glass, leaving a space for an initial or date on the other half.
You will be able to have snowdrops all the year round, and, in the snowdrop season, you can host a real snowdrop in the glass.

This is one of my sketchbooks in which I do my preliminary drawings. The book is hand-made using blue paper, on which I paint with white ink. I choose this representation because of the similarity of the tonal range with that obtained with engraving. This is actually a painting of Galanthus nivalis You can see the whole sketchbook in the How I Work section |
